DIGITAL MARKETING SENIOR MANAGER
PurpleAsia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Senior Manager to leverage data and digital marketing tools to create impactful strategies and digital customer experiences for our varied portfolio of clients in luxury real estate, hospitality and retail.
He/She will lead the development of world class, brand-driven customer experiences on our clients’ websites, social media and other digital platforms that will drive positive business performance and customer satisfaction.
The Digital Marketing Senior Manager will help to build, implement and optimise sophisticated marketing and experience technology tools that provide the ability to build audiences, target customers and prospects, executing A/B and MVT testing to influence and evolve the experience, in an efficient, data-driven way.

Responsibilities and Duties
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (including performance/Lead campaigns)
Drive continued revenue growth through various channels by evolving high-touch marketing and transactional experiences
Utilize performance data, customer satisfaction analysis, customer journey maps and behavioral data to identify opportunity areas and optimization plans.
Leverage digital marketing tools to optimize and generate maximum positive business impact
Design, build and maintain our social media presence for clients and inhouse
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Plan and prepare proposal pitching and present it to BOD of clients
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Knowledge and Skills
BS/MS degree in marketing, digital or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing at least 3 years in luxury, lifestyle, retail, FMCG in either agency or client side
Experience directing, motivating and inspiring a diverse set of web professionals on common goals
Ability to persuade and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders and business units
Ability to actively manage multiple clients, including negotiating annual Scopes of Work and effective resource planning
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Experience with marketing technology tools, including Data Management Platforms, Optimization Tools, Content Management Systems, Web Analytics tools, Search Engines, Translation technologies and other leading technologies in the space
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Experience managing both audience segmentation and user experience design to international standards
Ability to prepare comprehensive proposals for integrated digital campaigns, working closely with our Business Development Director, Client Service Director, Creative Director, Communication Director and Managing Director
The Digital Marketing Senior Manager will report to Client Service Director, BOD and CEO
