The Role
As Design Director, you will lead and elevate our design team, pushing creative boundaries and setting new industry standards. You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding brand identities, digital experiences, and design systems while mentoring a team of talented designers. Your work will shape brands across diverse industries, blending strategic thinking with bold creativity.

Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of designers to create world-class branding and design solutions. Deliver high-quality work across brand identity, digital platforms, typography, and visual storytelling. Set design direction and ensure consistency across all creative outputs. Collaborate closely with strategy and content to bring concepts to life. Work directly with clients to understand their needs and develop impactful design solutions. Guide and mentor designers, fostering growth and excellence within the team. Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technology to keep our work innovative.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Design Director or in a senior design leadership role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, and typography. Experience working in an agency environment, leading teams and managing projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Strong understanding of branding principles, design systems, and digital experiences. Ability to articulate design concepts and strategies clearly to clients and team members. Passion for mentoring and developing creative talent.
