Project Overview
Hanoimilk required a comprehensive packaging redesign for its key product lines: Dinomilk, Yotuti, Izzi S+ and ChocoOats.

We aimed to adopt a masterbrand approach that prominently features the Hanoimilk logo while revitalising the packaging with a vibrant and modern design. This strategy aimed to enhance brand recognition, effectively target specific demographics, and improve shelf presence by clearly communicating product benefits.

Solutions
Collaborative Design Process:
PurpleAsia partnered closely with Hanoimilk’s marketing team to ensure the new packaging aligned with the brand strategy and addressed specific product goals. This collaborative approach facilitated the development of a cohesive and effective design.

Masterbrand Approach:
A flowing brand flag was developed to prominently display the Hanoimilk logo across all product packs. This design element provided a cohesive visual identity and enhanced the brand’s presence on the shelf. The brand flag also facilitated effective POS shelf blocking, ensuring Hanoimilk products stood out.

New Vibrant Energy:
The redesigned packaging was infused with vibrant energy to reflect the dynamic nature of the audience. Each product’s unique design elements were harmonised under the masterbrand umbrella, creating a unified yet distinct presence.

Conclusion
The collaborative efforts between PurpleAsia and Hanoimilk resulted in a successful packaging redesign that maintained brand recognition and injected fresh energy into the product lines. The flowing brand flag and strategic design elements enhanced the visibility of the Hanoimilk logo, strengthening overall brand recognition. By using colour coding and modern illustrations, the packaging made Hanoimilk products stand out on crowded shelves, attracting consumer attention. Additionally, the unique design elements tailored to each product line effectively engaged the target demographics, fostering a stronger connection with the audience. This strategic approach resulted in improved shelf presence and targeted audience engagement, showcasing the effectiveness of the masterbrand approach.
