Gamuda Land—Malaysia’s leading real estate developer with a growing footprint across Southeast Asia—fast-tracked the launch of Eaton Park Phase 1 to meet market demand. However, they soon recognised the need for a stronger, more cohesive brand to support future phases. The challenge was to elevate the project’s image, clarify its message, and position it as a benchmark for modern, nature-connected living in Thu Duc City.

Solution
PurpleAsia was appointed to lead a full rebranding and marketing revamp ahead of Phases 2 and 3. We refreshed the Eaton Park identity with a refined logo, elevated colour palette, and cohesive visual system. Strategic naming for all six residential towers tied into a renewed brand story focused on biophilic living and international sophistication.

Key deliverables included a suite of marketing materials—residential and commercial brochures, amenities leaflets, key visuals, and a location map—all crafted to reflect Eaton Park’s premium, lifestyle-led positioning. A bilingual tagline was developed to anchor future communication, supported by a brand book to guide consistent rollout across touchpoints.

Results
The rebrand transformed Eaton Park into a lifestyle destination with a distinct identity, aspirational tone, and strong local resonance. While sales impact remains confidential, the project earned internal praise and strengthened brand perception, enabling Gamuda Land to move forward with confidence into later phases of development and communication.
